The cooking classes are taught by well-known local chefs, skilled in the arts and traditions of Cajun and Creole cuisine. After such a culinary experience, savor the beauty and romance of New Orleans and take a journey back in time aboard the authentic Sternwheeler Steamboat NATCHEZ.
